A New Generation Style – Art Carved Rings
Like all girls I too had an attraction towards jewelry and would love to own some fabulous pieces. Since my mom comes from a large family, I have several cousins who are much younger than I am. One of my cousins is a senior in high school this year, and she recently asked me to come over to her house to help her pick out a class ring from a brochure that was handed out at school. I was flattered that she valued my opinion enough to ask for my input, so I immediately agreed.
Back when I was in school, there weren’t very many ring choices available to us. We were pretty much limited to the huge, ugly monstrosities that are visible from clear across the room. Looking at those rings definitely did not want me to spend my money on them.
So you can imagine my surprise when I took a look through my cousin’s catalog from ArtCarved Rings and saw all the stylish and attractive selections that are available today. Instead of the bulky items that I recalled from my own high school years, there were plenty of sleek designs that would be wonderful to wear on a daily basis. You can even purchase diamond class rings these days! And there are also several metal choices, which means you won’t be stuck with a cheap-looking gold-plated finish. In fact, ArtCarved Rings offers a couple of special metals for their customers: Siladium, which is basically highly-polished stainless steel that looks like either silver or gold depending on which color you want; and something called Silver Select, which is ArtCarved’s very own metal alloy invention that has some platinum in it.
I was actually very impressed by all the ArtCarved Rings that I saw in the brochure, but particularly so with their Contemporary Collection. In addition to slimmer versions of traditional class rings, this collection also contains a couple of interesting products that I have never seen anywhere else. For example, the Expression ring is a thin, simple band that you can personalize with up to two lines of text (usually your high school name and graduation date). It doesn’t have a gemstone or anything, which is quite unusual for a class ring, but which I think looks pretty cool. There are also a couple of different pendants that you can get.
If you haven’t looked at high school class ring designs in a while, then you’ll probably be just as surprised as I was by the kinds of products that are available from places like ArtCarved Rings. It’s definitely a whole new look for a whole new generation.
